CertainPoint has an opportunity for a Certified Records Manager to work with a National information Governance and Records Management team guiding organizations through the transition from primarily paper based records to a well-managed mix of digital and paper records.
The initial engagement is a short term contract where your primary responsibility will be to assist with the evaluation of the client's current RM Program, make recommendations on program improvements, and to help guide the implementation of an updated RM Program.
You will be part of a full Information Governance effort using Office 365 (O365). Other team members will be driving the Enterprise Content Management and Records Management elements inside of O365, so you are not expected to perform platform configuration, but rather to consult on current RM strategies. A cursory knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams is helpful in communicating with the rest of the team, but is not a pre-requisite.
